Water was leaking into the tub and then lost all hot water.
1. shut off water and unplugged unit. 2. used nut driver to unscrew the 2 retaining screws for the water valve. Then pried open the lid to access water valve. Unhooked water outlet tube then pulled off electrical connection. Replaced valve with new unit and repeated process. Washer fixed and running great for $70....very happy
